Return & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Spanish TRLGDCU (RDL 1/2007), consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts without giving reasons.
1. How to withdraw
Email contact@runwayready.ai stating your decision to withdraw, or use the model withdrawal form in the app (Marketplace → Order → Withdraw).
2. Refunds
We refund all payments received (including standard outbound shipping, unless you chose a more expensive method) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. After a Stripe refund is initiated, funds typically return in 5–10 business days (see SLA).
3. Second-hand marketplace (P2P / C2C)
RunwayReady intermediates sales of new and second-hand (preloved) fashion. Each seller is identified on the listing. Return the item in the same condition as received (tags / stated condition). Return shipping is paid by the consumer unless the item is defective or misdescribed.
Draft / counsel-pending: where the seller is a private individual (non-trader), different conformity rules may apply; where the seller is a trader, statutory conformity guarantees apply. The platform is not the seller unless the listing says so.
4. Exceptions
Withdrawal does not apply to digital content once started with your express consent, customized goods, or sealed hygiene products once opened, where permitted by law.
5. Digital subscriptions
Cancel subscriptions anytime in-app (Billing) or via Stripe portal; access continues until the paid period ends.

Australia addendum (Privacy Act 1988 / APPs / ACL)
Sources read 2026-08-27.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles when the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies: collect only what is reasonably necessary, notify of collection (APP 5), use/disclose for the primary purpose or with consent (APP 6), take reasonable security steps (APP 11), and give access/correction (APPs 12–13). Complaints: OAIC.
ACL consumer guarantees (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Sch 2) for services — due care and skill, fitness for purpose — cannot be excluded against a consumer. Digital subscription withdrawal still follows the EU 14-day baseline we apply globally for distance contracts; ACL remedies are additional where they apply.
Counsel-open: whether we meet the APP-entity turnover threshold and NDB scheme on-boarding.
